2010 Residential Property Tax Estimator

The average residential assessment increase for the City of Kamloops is estimated to be 5%.

Please Note: The property tax estimator uses a 3% increase for residential Municipal taxes. The tax increase for all other agencies is estimated at 3% for 2010. Please note that this rate will be updated as information is received. A final rate will not be known until May 15, 2010.
